Rail Workshop holds all relevant master data in one system, from the workshop itself through equipment and personnel to qualifications and materials. Vehicle maintenance jobs are scheduled graphically on track occupancy plans.

Working and documenting in one step
Documentation happens at the end of the day, from memory.
Jobs are assigned to employees as a work list and processed at the desktop or on a mobile device. Documentation is created within each work step, based on the required parameters and qualifications.
- Check-in, measuring equipment, inspection results and component replacement are recorded directly against the job.
- Resource consumption is recorded against the job and is available for billing and further evaluations.
Completion with evidence
Evidence is produced after the work, not within it.
The maintenance process runs from planning through scheduling and execution to technical and commercial completion. At the end stand the formal technical release and the handover of the complete maintenance file.
- The maintenance documentation is complete because it is created alongside the work steps.
- Dashboards show open jobs, stop reliability and team utilisation, supporting the management of the workshop.
